SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch Timeline:

Orders will be dispatched in a timely manner, the typical dispatch time is 2 - 3 days, however, unseen delays can happen. We will strive to inform you (you being a paying customer) if any delay arises.

Shipping timeline:

UK - Items bought in the UK will be shipped 48 tracked or 24 tracked if priority shipping is selected (priority shipping also decreases dispatch time)

 

World Wide- Items bought from anywhere in the world will be shipped "International Tracked Air Mail" Most items are Delivered within 2 weeks but please allow up to 4.

 

Typical shipping estimates:

America: 1.5 weeks.

Canada: 1 week.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Unopened Returns:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days from the day you receive your parcel. We’ll refund your order value within 14 business days of receiving your return. Please make sure to send it back in a sealed, secure and sturdy shipping box. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded.

Opened Returns:

Opened items can be returned to us within 14 days from the day you received your parcel. We’ll refund you your order’s value minus a 20% restocking fee. Within 14 business days of receiving your return, a refund will be processed. For more information on how to return your order, please contact Customer Service.

Damaged Items Returns:

Damaged items can be returned to us within 14 days from the day you received your parcel. We’ll refund your order in full, including all shipping costs. Within 14 business days of receiving your return, a refund will be processed. For more information on how to return your order, please contact Customer Service.

Please note: We require evidence of the damaged goods. If tampering, fraud or neglect has taken place we reserve the right to refuse a return 

Lost Items Refund:

Tracked items: Tracked items will be deemed lost if they have not been delivered to the correct address within 2 months of an order being placed. This does not include: safe places, neighbours or specified special areas. 

Untracked items: We reserve the right to not cover these items as lost due to the postage option being selected by the customer. A refund is at the discretion of the business.
